Troy Petrick
Co-Founder
Troy Petrick is an experienced pharmaceutical and biotech leader with an authentic and infectious growth mindset personality.
For over 25 years he has held positions in sales leadership, training and operations at companies ranging from Pfizer to Solvay and from AbbVie to Arbor.
As a communicator, Troy is known widely for his unbridled optimism and enthusiasm as well as his ability to make human connections in both small and large settings.
Troy holds a masters degree in curriculum design and instruction and has vast commercial expertise garnered over a lifetime of learning and leading.
Over the years, he and his team have created unique, tailored solutions that increase commercial effectiveness for their clients. These solutions have also helped privately held companies maximize revenue and create meaningful value for investors.

Justin Schumacher
Co-Founder
Justin Schumacher is a former teacher turned sales professional and learning and development leader.
For nearly 20 years he has worked with organizations from startups to leading global biopharmaceutical companies to equip and empower employees to thrive and grow.
As a learning specialist, Justin has a unique ability to capture and convey complex concepts to learners at all levels, enabling individuals to implement new skills with confidence.
When engaging with clients, Justin brings a collaborative and creative perspective to explore what’s possible and create the momentum to bring it to life.
Using proven learning methods and a practical approach to delivery, he and his team have equipped growing companies with the tools to lead, evolve and thrive.

Lee Walden
Co-Founder
Lee Walden is an award-winning sales, marketing and training professional with over 10 years of experience in the small and start up pharmaceutical spaces.
Lee’s marketing experience includes multiple product launches in a wide variety of therapeutics including several scheduled medications.
In addition to product launches, Lee has led commercial teams to facilitate the conversion of prescription medications to over-the-counter products.
Lee holds an MBA and has a deep understanding and the technical expertise required to drive the creation of sales, training and marketing materials relative to the medical, legal, and compliance regulatory process.
